If you have graduated from John Paul II and have attended our school for a minimum of three years, you are eligible for the following scholarship.

Click on the Save button to save the document to your computer, or save the document to a floppy disk.

Open the application from your disk or computer. Complete the form and print the finished document. Attach pages 3, 4, & 5 from the Community Scholarship Application. If all else fails, go to the counselor's office to get a hard copy of the application. Fill it out and attach pages 3, 4, & 5 from the Community Scholarship Application. Turn in the complete application to the John Paul II office by April 15.
