It is always fun for the students (and teachers!) to have a guest reader!

We had lots of fun hats in the classrooms on Monday!

We had a wonderful turnout for our Preschool & Kindergarten Open House this week. Families had the chance to register, check out their classrooms, meet the faculty, enjoy a cookie, and receive a t-shirt!
If you didn't get the chance to come to open house, you can still register by contacting the office or going to the Admissions page on our website📄📱

Brown Scapular enrollment is a one-time Catholic ceremony where a priest or deacon blesses and invests a person with the scapular, formally placing them under Mary’s protection and into the Carmelite Confraternity. It involves a specific prayer and, once enrolled, a person can replace their wool scapular.
We are lifting up these students as they prepare to receive their First Holy Communion!

The Grand prize drawing will be on Thursday, March 12th!

First grader Alejandro paid a visit to the 5th/6th grade Spanish class last week! Students prepared questions for him, and he answered them—all in Spanish! It was a great way for students to practice their communication skills. Gracias por venir, Alejandro! 🗣👏

The class has learned about sustainable resources, the effects of transportation on goods, and the basics of supply and demand. 🌎🚗

The room buzzed with excitement as our 4th & 5th graders learned the fundamentals of electricity and electrical safety last week!
Central Electric visited us for "Co-ops in the Classroom." Students learned about electrical safety, generation, conservation and economics. A Van de Graaff generator demonstrated the movement of electrons with some hair-raising results.
Another device that invokes a lot of excitement is the pedal-power bicycle generator. Students became power plants as they provided energy for lights and small household devices.
Thank you to Central Electric Cooperative for this educational presentation!

As a Catholic school, we learn and live out the beautiful traditions of the Liturgical Year!
